Mercedes expanded its US lineup with the amazing AMG GLC 63 S SUV. After years of offering its American customers the SUV Coupe body style exclusively. Sometimes, the manufacturer has no choice but to meet its clientele's persistent demands. Don't panic - the US customers will have both SUV and "Coupe" body styles available.

The 2022 Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S has performance rates of 3.6 seconds for the 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint from a standstill becoming a real-life catapult. Under the hood, it keeps a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 that helps the model deliver up to 503 horsepower and 700 Newton-meters of torque. The engine is coupled to a nine-speed automatic transmission and boasts an AWD system, with an electronically limited speed of 174 mph (280 km/h).

The GLC 63 S' standard equipment incorporates the upgraded AMG-tuned air suspension (includes adaptive dampers), an electronically controlled differential lock, dynamic engine mounts, amazing 20-inch alloy wheels. It also comes in hand with the AMG’s Performance exhaust system featuring an adjustable flap, LED headlights and taillights, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and the company MBUX infotainment system with AMG-specific functions.

Also, the US clientele will get a range of optional technical and a plentitude of design features. It's worth mentioning the AMG Aerodynamics Package, the Exterior Carbon Fiber Package, AMG Performance Seats, AMG Night Package, and AMG Performance Studio Package. For extra appearance, there is an extended additional high-gloss black elements amongst them.

Despite the 2022 Mercedes GLC SUV becoming a less powerful vehicle amongst the AMG lineup in America, there would be a 469 horsepower for the 63 version, the 385 horsepower six-cylinder AMG GLC 43. More details about the price will be released, in the next few months, but the deliveries are scheduled for the end of 2021.
