The world's dynamism and exigencies makes the car brands keep a constant fight in providing only the best products. One of these companies is Bodie Stroud Industries, which managed to build from zero a special 1956 BSI X-100 Pickup car.

The idea was to bring the classical 1956 F-100 pickup into the modern times, preserving the main distinguishing features, but add a new engine and transmission, taken from Ford Racing, and some more additions that would make the final result wonderful.

The base of 1956 BSI X-100 Pickup is an F-100 body, which gets customized with a new hood and a body extension. The engineers add a better and bigger rear window, some round angles onto the doors, and create a flawless cabin.

You will notice that the 1956 BSI X-100 Pickup car cabin is placed higher than a usual BSI. The front suspension is completely independent, improving the car's maneuverability and control.

The 1956 BSI X-100 Pickup car may be powered by two types of engines: the first one is a naturally aspired DOHC Ford Racing Coyote, with a capacity of 5 liters, producing 412 hp. The second option is a 5 liters supercharged Ford Racing Aluminator Coyote engine, producing 630 hp.

The transmission is an automatic overdrive Ford 4R70W. The wheels use modern tires, 19x8.5 in the front, and 20x15 in the back.

The 1956 BSI X-100 Pickup car's interior combines the modern and the classical style, with a big sized central console and vintage climate control. This car is perfect for those who appreciate the American classical pickup but are in need of the force, comfort, and maneuverability of a sports car.
