Meet your new Best Air Purifier On Wheels - The IM Airo

IM Airo can be your best friend if you are a driver that cares about the environment. You can see that the Shanghai Auto Show this year has an amazing electric vehicle with the biggest air purifier on wheels. However, the Zhiji came to the show with an eco-warrior on a four-wheeler.

The unique Airo design is brought to you by the British design company Heatherwick Studio. After succeeding with the latest Zhiji L7 model, it's time for the IM brand to offer a refreshing idea to the market. Zhiji and IM worked together to bring a wireless-charging L7 car on the market. 

This 2021 Shanghai Auto Show is overwhelmed with innovative electric vehicles. This year, IM has all the chances to become the one that focuses its efforts towards sustaining a healthier environment. According to Polestar lately, the EVs evolution is more like a "tsunami wave of new companies hoping to cash in on an almost tech-revolution-style boom". This is why IM might become everyone's favorite this year.

The IM design team brings this air purifier vehicle building it according to the air-cleaning tech displayed on this radical concept. The autonomous concept indeed acts like a giant air purifier. The idea was to bring zero local emissions vehicles by carrying a specially developed filter. The HEPA filter works as a device that sucks away the toxic gases from the dino-burning cars around it.

That's not all! It is also an autonomous mobile clean-room concept giving you massive, sliding glass doors and rotatable seating with a lounge-like. But you can still drive it via the steering wheel that allows you the manual override experience.

According to Thomas Heatherwick, the founder of Heatherwick Studio Thomas Heatherwick, the IM Airo is a “multi-functional room with extra space for dining, working, gaming, or even sleeping.” The car/pod should start its production in 2023.
