I happened to find this Thierry Neuville driver a short time ago, preparing for the rally stage in Germany.  He drove his Hyundai i20 bolide and he was taken aback by a tractor just making his way up the hill from crops.

Fortunately, two spectators  came out to meet the driver to warn him and the tractor driver who failed to react in time and reverse, helped avoid a possible fatal accident if not a very serious one. However, the biggest implication is as a driver, Thierry, not only demonstrated exceptional qualities steering but also brakes can be effective at a fireball rally!
