Chevrolet Colorado - exclusively for tough men!

Chevrolet took full advantage of the event taking place in LA and presented a new monster called Colorado!

Besides presenting a new model that could be soon mass-produced, people at GM have proven that are they are also good at dealing with diesel engines. Thus, the concept presents a Duramax 2.8L diesel engine which delivers 181 hp and 3400 rpm with 369 Nm of torque achieved at 2,000 r/m.

Typical to Americans, the gearbox is only offered as automatic in six speeds. The all-wheel-drive ensures the ability to drive rough terrain. And if some might say that the performance of the engine is not the best, let's not forget that we are talking about a truck where it does not matter how many horses it packs but the availability of high torque at low engine speeds.

GM says the new truck will be amongst the best on extremely rugged terrain with its off-road package - ZR2, off-road tires R18 at 275 / 65R18.
