A Nismo GT-R50 Version Of The Top Question -How Is Its Engine Being Tested?

The Japanese Motor Company decided to share with its customers, and other curious fans a computer simulation on how the Nissan GT-R50 is made. The car is a special one since it is the best GT-R made in the last 50 years. Dubbed Skyline, this car is any sports car enthusiast's dream come true.

Developed in partnership with ItalDesign after 50years of fruitful collaboration, they presented their intent to create another sports car in 2019. And finally, after two years, we get a rare supercar teased in a video, showing how the modernizing of the engine to deliver up to 710 horsepower.

The recent Nismo Special Edition revealed a performance of 600 horsepower and 651 Newton-meters of torque. Imagine their success if they would be able to give the fans a car with an output of that 710 horsepower - asking at least $1.12 million for such a vehicle would be a fair exchange.

Most of all, Nismo relies on the "durability and reliability of the engine and transaxle confirmed by performing benchtop simulation durability (acceleration durability) testing on a four-wheel chassis dynamometer". The video shows virtual simulations of tracks like the Nurburgring a fundamental part of testing.

Though there are slight chances at GT-R50 enthusiasts who might want to take it on a track. It was tested on a real race track, there's still time to wait until anyone would get to drive it Italdesign pointed that it would be delivered to its first customer soon this year. The question that remains, is if this GT-R, will be powered by an internal combustion engine.
