2021 Toyota Mirai RWD Fuel Cell Car Photo Gallery

2021 Toyota Mirai launched in Europe, and Japan just released a photo gallery to show all the details for the European fuel-cell electric version. The Mirai is based on a rear-drive GA-L modular platform and makes the car longer, wider, and lower. This car is a spacious one and has been compared to a sporty-rear-drive five-seat sedan.

Toyota managed to increase both fuel capacity and vehicle’s range by 30% by arranging the high-pressure hydrogen tanks in a new ‘T’ configuration. This way, the tanks can also hold up to 5.6 kg of hydrogen. A bigger tank capacity for this particular car means up to a 404-mile driving range with a refueling process in less than five minutes.

Toyota Mirai will be available in three trim levels on the European market– MID, High, and High+. The Mid trim version has 19.0-inch alloy wheels, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, 8-inch multi-information display bi-Led headlights with an Automatic High Beam feature, remote-controlled dual-zone air conditioning, heating front seats, smart entry, and the famous push-button start.

The High trim level offers synthetic leather upholstery, wireless phone charging, Panoramic View Monitor, Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alerts with auto brake, rear privacy glass, Intelligent Clearance Sonar, heated steering wheel, and of course, ambient cabin lightning with multiple choices.

The High+ grade comes with 20-inch black alloy wheels, a fixed panoramic glass roof, heads-up display, digital rear-view mirror, triple-zone air conditioning, heated and ventilated seats, and a rear-set passenger control panel.
