When you are a Bentley fan and already have plans this summer, you can take along the 2021 Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible. A hot summer is spent in a hot convertible. Meet “the most driver-focused convertible of the Continental GT range,” which makes you spent more time outdoors with the wind and sun as your best friends!

Being one of the latest additions to the new Continental family, along with the Coupe, this 2021 Continental GT Speed Convertible brings a Z-fold roof made of insulating materials is developed to reduce road noise - predecessor and all convertibles main problem. Bentley ensures that this roof can be stowed or deployed in 19 seconds at up to 30 mph (50 km/h) and offers optional seven different colors, tweed included.

The exterior is as lavishing as Bentley does it every time, and this time the automaker upgraded it discretely. Still, you can see the Speed badges on the front fenders, darkened upper and lower front grilles, redesigned sills, and bespoke 22-inch wheels in silver or black.

The interior gives another story. Here, Bentley offers Alcantara and Hide in 15 primary and 11 secondary colors, diamond quilting, Speed embroidered headrests, Piano Black veneer, sports pedals, exclusive treadplate plaques, Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel. Also, you get eight interior headliner finishes along with a premiere - Dark Tint Engine Turned Aluminum optional look for the center console. The interior also features neck warmers, a heated steering wheel, armrests, and seats.

Powered by the twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 engine, this engine is hand-built at Bentley headquarters in Crewe, producing 650 horsepower and 900 Newton-meters of torque. The tests revealed performances 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 3.6 seconds and the known already 208 mph (335 km/h) top speed.

The engine coupled to an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, and this time, Bentley recalibrated both the engine and the automatic transmission to suit the extra-glamorous style. Other good features for the 2021 Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible are the adaptive dampers, 48V active anti-roll control system, electronic rear differential, active all-wheel drive, all-wheel steering, and optional carbon-ceramic brakes.

As usual, Bentley gives its customers luxury, plenty of options, and the best of the latest technologies there is on the market.
