This year's SEMA Show in Las Vegas was an automotive spectacle, with the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro by Lopez Performance and Sean Smith Designs standing out as a true masterpiece among impressive restmod series.

Lopez Performance aimed to retain the Camaro's iconic silhouette while infusing it with a dose of aggressiveness and innovation.

Sean Smith Designs took charge of the conceptual phase, starting with sketches and progressing to 3D mock-ups on a computer, setting the stage for these visionary changes to take physical form.

One of the most striking exterior modifications is the multi-piece front grille with carbon fiber inlays, specifically engineered and machined for this car. The Camaro also features new rocker panels, a carbon front splitter, a distinct carbon fiber hood from SpeedKore, a rear diffuser, and a seamlessly integrated rear bumper.

The car's captivating presence is further enhanced by its Solar Bronze paint job and sits majestically on Brixton Forged VI4 carbon series wheels, 19x10 in the front and 20x12 in the rear.

Performance-wise, the Camaro boasts a Dart LSX V8 engine, complete with stainless steel headers, custom mufflers, a bespoke stainless steel fuel tank, a 3-inch exhaust system, and a 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger. This powerhouse engine churns out an impressive 1200 HP and is paired with a T56 six-speed manual transmission that drives the rear wheels. The performance package is rounded off with Baer Pro+ 6S six-piston front and rear calipers and 14-inch rotors.

The interior was expertly crafted by Gabe’s Custom Interiors, showcasing a luxurious blend of Truffle Brown Impact leather and Lamborghini Black Hyde leather. The cabin also features an audio system from Art of Sound and a Restomod Air HVAC system, ensuring a driving experience that is as comfortable as it is exhilarating.
