The automotive has some gossip to share. First of all, Toyota lifts the lid on its platform partnership with Subaru, Audi explains the A6's mixed identity and the beloved Hyundai is ready to present its new Kona N with new details.

Toyota's partnership platform is getting wider and wider every year. After confirming its partnership with Subaru, they even stated that the platform is aimed at developing the new e-TNGA EV platform? And from their purely strategic perspective, it’s the best way to get involved in the new development is much better than doing it on their own.

“We’re looking for scale, and we’re not the only one. We can develop, of course, but the benefits of joining forces are obvious,” stated the product and marketing boss Andrea Carlucci. He even pointed out the Subaru’s affinity with four-wheel drive as one of several reasons they decided to partner for the EV project.

Hyundai showed off its practical Kona and the rumors are confirmed now about the vehicle’s promising rapid pace and precise cornering, and Albert Biermann wants to focus more on the performance numbers crossover and its practicality. So, everyone is expecting a vehicle to be a hot SUV, with much more versatility than its previous N series models.

“When the engineers presented the first prototype to me, they had already lowered the body almost 30mm,” said Biermann. When Audi decided to give its audience an A6 with a mixed identity. The last E-Tron concept is a wise mixed-up saloon with a coupé-like roofline borrowed from the next A7 but still named it under the A6 name.

The development chief of the PPE platform, Johannes Arneth explained that they wanted to stress that it belongs to the A6 model family and the A6 E-Tron will offer an estate body style, which the A7 never has done.
