Porsche’s Version On Paul Walker’s Accidental Death

Paul Walker died in a crash while being a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT, on November 30, 2013.

His daughter files a claim against the famous brand and held them responsible for Paul's death. She stated that there were some technical issues in the car that contributed to the accident and Porsche knew about them but didn't take any measures.

Now, when a couple of years have passed, Porsche comes with its own version of what happened. They claim that the driver, Roger Rodas, and Paul choose to drive at a very high speed, of 90-100 mph, when the speed limit was set at 45 mph.

And since over-speeding was a personal decision of the two persons, Porsche cannot be held responsible for the unfortunate accident.

While California's laws presume to cover at least a part of the damages in case of one being held responsible, Paul's daughter says she will do everything legally possible to prove that Porsche has infringed some security measures and thus, have them pay for the sad loss of the actor.
