Modena Grand Prix Toy Race Car Is Manufactured From ABS

The origins of Playforever may be traced back to the founder's insatiable curiosity for vintage cigar racers and tin vehicles from the 1930s. Their vehicles are all uniquely created in that aesthetic, crafted from premium materials, and expertly completed by hand. With CNC, or computer numerical control, techniques, designers are able to bring their ideas to life in three dimensions.

The brand new Modena Grand Prix model is their most advanced and innovative product to date. The ABS block is CNC-machined into a finished body shape, which is then hand-finished with sandpaper and polish. After that, their vehicles get a final layer of premium automotive paint complete with a UV protective gloss finish.

Using the same CNC technology, real brass trim is cut out of a solid piece of metal in a very precise way.The brass is completed to a high quality with machine work, sanding, and polishing but is then left uncoated so that it may tarnish with time. Last but not least, unfettered movement is achieved for the Modena Grand Prix with the installation of strong cast rubber wheels.
