Liberty Walk Just Made the Civic Type R FL5 Look Completely Unhinged
by AutoExpert | 19 March, 2026
Liberty Walk has turned its attention to the Honda Civic Type R (FL5), and the result is exactly as over-the-top as you’d imagine. Price included.
There are two versions on offer. The standard kit comes in at $8,470 in FRP, or $13,860 with carbon mixed in. The widebody setup pushes things further, starting at $11,000 in FRP and topping out at $16,830 in carbon fiber.

The front end gets most of the attention first. A new bumper with a larger lower grille, sharp canards, and a splitter changes the whole face of the car. Add in the vented hood and extended side skirts, and it already feels more serious.
Go for the widebody, and you get flared arches that stretch the width by 0.4 inches, plus louvers cut into the front fenders.

Around the back, the theme continues. The rear wing sits higher than stock, and a new diffuser fills out the lower section. It all lines up visually, even if it leans hard into that tuner look.
You’re not forced into the full package either. Parts can be picked off one by one. The wing alone costs $1,430 in FRP or $1,930 in carbon, and the black cast wheels shown here go for $3,784.

Importantly, these parts aren’t locked to Japan. Buyers in the US can order them without much trouble.
