Lamborghini Revives The Miura With The 1,001-HP Revuelto Miura 60° Homage

Some anniversaries call for a new engine. Others call for opening the old photo albums. To celebrate 60 years of the Miura, Lamborghini chose the second option. The result is the Revuelto Miura 60° Homage, a special edition that swaps dramatic redesigns for colors that once made the original Miura impossible to ignore. Only 99 examples are heading into production, with the first making its debut at Monterey Car Week.

The star of the show is the paint. Lamborghini's Ad Personam team brought back nine historic colors from the Miura era, including Verde Scandal, Giallo, Blu Tahiti, Arancio, Rosso Arancio, and Verde Metallic.

Each one is paired with a contrasting lower body finished in Oro Elios or Grigio Nimbus, while gold or titanium-finished wheels complete the retro-inspired look. It's refreshing to see a special edition where the biggest talking point isn't another oversized wing or a bump in horsepower.

Inside, Lamborghini kept the nostalgic theme going. The seats reinterpret the Miura's famous "cannelloni" pattern, while extended leather, special Miura 60 embroidery, and a numbered carbon-fiber plaque remind owners they're driving one of only 99 cars. It feels more like a respectful nod to the past than a history lesson wrapped in carbon fiber.

Mechanically, nothing has changed, and that's perfectly fine. With 1,001 hp from its hybrid V12 powertrain and a 2.5-second dash to 62 mph, the Revuelto already has more performance than most drivers will ever use.
