Ford’s Most Patriotic Truck Yet Is Heading To Dealerships

Ford is getting into the Independence Day spirit with a new Proud to Honor Package for the 2027 Super Duty. Developed by Ford Custom Garage, the package celebrates America's upcoming 250th anniversary and gives the heavy-duty pickup a look that's hard to miss.

The biggest change is a massive American flag graphic that stretches from the front doors into the bed. It's paired exclusively with a black exterior, along with blacked-out trim and 19.5-inch forged aluminum wheels finished in black. The result is a truck that makes its message clear long before you read the badge.

The package will be available on XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum trims, including both single- and dual-rear-wheel models. Ford has already opened order books for the F-250, while F-350 and F-450 versions are scheduled to follow later this summer. Buyers can also have the package installed after production through participating Ford dealers.

While the upgrades are mostly cosmetic, part of the proceeds will support Blue Star Families and Ford's Proud to Honor program. Some will see it as a patriotic tribute, others as a giant decal package, but either way, it won't blend into the background.
