Saudi Arabia’s First Ceer EV Has 1,111 HP and a Windshield Bigger Than Some Cars

Saudi Arabia’s Ceer is ready to turn heads with its first production models. The new Ceer Exobot comes as a sedan and SUV, and both look more like futuristic concepts than cars heading for showrooms. Ceer plans to build them at a new factory in King Abdullah Economic City, with a design that includes huge windshields, gullwing-style doors, and some seriously wild proportions.

To start with, the windshield measures 94.4 inches long, which Ceer calls the largest ever fitted to a production car.

The sedan measures 207 inches long, while the SUV stretches 197.6 inches. Both are 82.6 inches wide, with the sedan standing 56.2 inches tall and the SUV reaching 66.5 inches. Their gullwing-style Shahin Wing Doors take inspiration from the Shahin falcon.

Power comes from three electric motors in the top version, producing 1,111 hp and 1,106 lb-ft. The sedan reaches 62 mph in 2.1 seconds and tops out at 155 mph, while the SUV needs 2.4 seconds and reaches 130 mph. The First Edition makes 850 hp and 738 lb-ft, with 0–62 mph taking 2.6 seconds in the sedan and 2.9 seconds in the SUV. Both use a 112-kWh battery, with claimed ranges of up to 416 miles for the sedan and 348 miles for the SUV. An 800-volt system supports a 10–80 percent charge in under 30 minutes.

Ceer also puts plenty of attention into the cabin and hot-weather technology. Triple silver-coated glass and a cooling system can bring the interior from 65°C (149°F) to 32°C (90°F) in 10 minutes. Inside, a 48-inch dashboard screen sits alongside a 10.4-inch central display and an 8-inch rear screen, while a yoke-style wheel, AI voice assistant, and over-the-air updates handle the tech side. Ceer also promises hands-free point-to-point driving, although it has not revealed the hardware or software behind the system.

Pricing remains unknown, but Ceer plans five more models between 2028 and 2030. The company now looks beyond EVs too, with plug-in hybrids and combustion-powered models also in its plans. For now, the Exobot gives Ceer a pretty unusual way to enter the production-car market, especially with those giant windshields and gullwing doors.
