Alfa Made Its $2 Million 33 Stradale Even Rarer With This One-Off Black Beauty

The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale is already an extremely rare car, so creating a one-off version of a one-off-ish supercar feels very on-brand for Alfa. Called the 33 Stradale Perla Nera, this special example gets an all-black treatment created with its unnamed owner through Alfa’s Bottegafuoriserie division.
The main change is the exposed carbon-fiber bodywork, which now has a matte black finish. The wheels and brake calipers are black as well, giving the car a very dark appearance. Alfa says the carbon fiber was laid by hand inside the molds, with the weave carefully following the shape of the body.

The same treatment continues inside. The cabin combines exposed carbon fiber with Alcantara, while the two sports seats were custom-fitted to the owner through dedicated fitting sessions. There are also plenty of smaller personal touches, including the cannelloni pattern on the doors and sills, Quadrifoglio and Autodelta badges, and the owner’s initials on the rotary selector.

The Perla Nera is powered by the same twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 as the regular 33 Stradale. It produces 620 hp and sends that power to the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. Alfa originally said the car would also be available with a 750-hp electric powertrain, although no known example has been built with it.

Only 33 examples of the 33 Stradale are being built, and all of them have already been spoken for despite a starting price above $2 million. The Perla Nera will be displayed at the Museo Alfa Romeo in Arese until October 18 before heading to its owner.
