Shelby Celebrates 10 Years Of Its Wildest F-150 Yet

Back in 2015, a Shelby-tuned F-150 felt like a wild idea. A pickup with muscle-car branding and supercar-level power seemed almost excessive. These days, it fits right into a market where high-performance trucks have become status symbols in their own right.

Shelby American is marking the truck’s 10th anniversary with its most extreme version yet. Based on the Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4, the special edition starts with the familiar 5.0-liter V8, then Shelby adds its Stage 2 supercharger system, upgraded fuel injectors, a carbon-fiber intake, a larger heat exchanger, and a Borla exhaust. Final output exceeds 810 horsepower.

The upgrades go well beyond the engine. Shelby partnered with King Shocks to create a custom suspension setup featuring adjustable 2.5-inch coilovers, rear dampers, traction bars, and a lift package designed to improve both handling and off-road capability. The truck rides on 22-inch wheels wrapped in 35-inch BFGoodrich KO3 tires, while oversized Baer brakes handle stopping duties.

There’s no mistaking it visually. The anniversary model gets a functional ram-air hood, revised grille, painted fender vents, body-color wheel arches, power running boards, and Shelby’s signature stripes. Buyers can choose from 10 paint colors and six stripe combinations. Inside, the cabin receives leather trim, carbon-style accents, billet pedals, custom gauges, embroidered mats, and numbered plaques.

Shelby will build just 600 examples for the U.S. market. Pricing starts at $140,795, including the donor truck. Meanwhile, a standard F-150 Lariat costs around $77,170.
