This 1,850-HP Zenvo Aurora Hypercar Can Hit 249 MPH in Just 17 Seconds

Zenvo has spent years talking about what the Aurora will be able to do. At the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Danish company will bring cars that are much closer to what buyers are actually getting. Two production-spec Aurora Tur validation prototypes are heading to the event alongside an Aurora Agil show car.
The big number is 1,850 hp. A 6.6-liter quad-turbo V12 developed with Mahle Powertrain makes 1,250 hp and 885 lb-ft on its own, while three electric motors add another 600 hp. Total torque stands at 1,254 lb-ft, and the V12 can spin all the way to 9,800 rpm.

Zenvo claims the Aurora will hit 62 mph in 2.3 seconds, 186 mph in nine seconds, and 249 mph in 17 seconds. Top speed is estimated at 260 mph. Somehow, the hybrid AWD hypercar also has a claimed dry weight of 3,413 lbs.

Buyers will have two Zenvo Aurora versions to choose from. The Agil is aimed at track use with a lighter and more aggressive setup, while the Tur is built for longer trips. Both use the same carbon-composite architecture and hybrid V12 concept. Zenvo plans to begin customer deliveries in the second half of 2027.

Production is capped at 50 cars. Now Zenvo has to prove the Aurora works beyond the spec sheet.
